August 23, 2025 will be our annual Harvest Release, where friends camp out and line up, year after year, to be first in line for the numbered bottles. It’s become a tradition where folks share stories, late night feasts and, of course, whiskey. A highly sought-after collectible, the first 500 numbered bottles will be available August 23 at 10am when Brett and Orlin open the doors.
This Harvest Release celebrates our 15th anniversary and, after 10½ years of experimentation, Woodinville 9 Year OId Straight Bourbon Whiskey (MSRP $129.99) will be released first at the Distillery, followed by a national roll out the following week.
We will also release five barrels of Woodinville Triple Barrel II (MSRP $69.99, 92 proof). Triple Barrel II will only be available in person at the Tasting Room in Woodinville. We released our first Triple Barrel at our 10th Anniversary celebration in February 2020. It’s been requested ever since, so Brett made a new riff on it, to celebrate our 15th! This is our 5+ year Flagship Bourbon finished in used Islay Scotch and Portugese Wine Barrels.
