Woodinville’s crystal clear water from the Cascade Mountains and home to hundreds of wild yeast strains, making it the perfect place to distill.

Quincy is in the high-desert of Eastern Washington, where extreme summer heat pushes the whiskey deep into the barrel and the frigid winters pull it back out along with all the rich whiskey flavors the come from a new, charred oak barrel.

Together, the dual terrior of Woodinville and Quincy give our whiskey unmatched quality that can only be found here.
