THE 2026 WOODINVILLE WHISKEY HARVEST RELEASE
About the Whiskeys
This Harvest Release showcases two new limited release whiskeys: Woodinville 10 Year Bourbon and Woodinville 6 Year Bottled in Bond. The 10 Year Bourbon is available online and nationally at select retailers later this Fall. The Bottled in Bond is available at the distillery Tasting Room in Woodinville, WA (open daily), at our new Tasting Room in Quincy, WA (by appointment), as well as online.
Following the 8 Year Bourbon in 2024, and 9 Year Bourbon in 2025, the 10 Year Bourbon (MSRP $129.99, 100 proof) is our oldest whiskey to date and the final release in this series. It has earned Double Platinum at the ACSOT Awards and Double Gold at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition. The whiskey is aged in new, oak barrels that were heavily toasted, lightly charred and made from 24-month open-air seasoned staves. The heavy toast and light char is very rare in bourbon production and creates much more richness and depth compared to a heavy char, un-toasted barrel. The 24-month seasoning of the wood provides up to 50% more of the desirable extracts from the barrel compared to a standard kiln dried barrel. It has a mashbill of 55% corn, 35% rye, and 10% malted barley, differing from our standard 72% corn, 22% rye and 6% malted barley, which results in a great rye spice that integrates beautifully with the rich extracts from the 10 years of aging.
The Woodinville 6 Year Bottled in Bond Bourbon is from a single distillation season and is a true celebration of place (MSRP $69.99, and 100 Proof per the Bottled in Bond Act of 1897). It showcases the particular character of that season’s grain harvest, and the unique characteristics of the individual barrels it was aged in, within Barrelhouse A in Quincy. This is our second Bottled in Bond release— the first was for our 10th anniversary in 2020.
