Our barrel-aged maple syrup starts with Grade A pure maple syrup sourced from a 97-year-old family farm in Wisconsin. Aged for one full year in freshly emptied bourbon barrels, the syrup draws out rich notes of vanilla, oak, and warm spice, creating a bold, complex flavor unlike anything else.
