Woodinville Straight Bourbon Finished in Ginja Barrels is believed to be the first bourbon ever finished in Ginjinha (Ginja) barrels. After Woodinville Bourbon is fully mature, it’s transferred into freshly emptied Ginjinha Barrels. Ginjinha is a Portuguese liquor made by infusing sour cherries called Ginja Berries.

Tasting Notes: Blackberry jam greets you on the nose. On the palate, there is a honey sweetness at the start, followed by undertones of dark cherry and cardamon. The finish leaves you with pleasant cinnamon and clove spice notes.
